Could anybody tell what a fully licenced restaurant represents?What is difference between it and a normal restaurant ? fully licenced means u r allowed to buy and drink grog at that reasturant Many thanks! Report It It means it has a licence to sell alcohol. Just to add...a restaurant can be both fully licenced and BYO (bring your own). |
