Yes, apparently it was Kapiolani. That's within walking distance of his alma mater, Punahou School.

Kapiolani is named after the wife of the "Merrie Monarch", King David Kalakaua, by the way. Kapiolani was also the granddaughter of the last King of Kauai. Although she'd been educated in both English and Hawaiian, she only spoke Hawaiian.
