Gran Canaria help re: cows milk? |
We are off to Puerto Rico in a few weeks, just wondering is cows milk readily available, if so is this in every supermarket of just the larger ones? Thanks for all your replies, yes the question may seem a little dum, but everytime ive been to GC its only ever been UHT milk and not pasterurised, the reason being its fo my son who has just switched to cows milk. its in all the supermarkets .fresh and uht just ask 1 of the shop girls if there a prob finding it In the vast majority of supermarkets. hi !!!! i went there last year,u can get it in garages for sure! happy holls ;o) ermmm..ive never been ther....but id assume theyd hav cows milk...i mean y not?? hmmm...if not, im sure they got sum goat milk or sumat random tip for finding cows milk, it will have a cow on the carton ! and no i'm not being smart a mate of mine has a pub in spain and thats the only way to be sure its cows milk !!!! Leche de vaca is the translation is spanish... I am one of them and I have always drunk cow麓s milk!! Quite surprised by the question! I am sure you will find it everywhere... Have a nice holiday! Yes it is in the supermarkets.. You can buy cows milk just about everywhere. The cows milk in Gran Canaria is UHT. You might struggle to buy pasteurized milk but it tastes the same. |
