How much is a one bedroom apartment in Nairobi?

I'm looking for an apartment in Nairobi. Safe neighborhood. Cheap. I will need a bathroom, a kitchen, a sitting room, and one bedroom. Electricity and running water. I'm not looking for something really fancy just something clean, decent, and safe. please give me local prices not tourist prices. I'm an african.

Safe neighborhood, cheap place, electricity and running water, clean and decent, is what we all look for and have been hoping that our sweet country Kenya would be able to provide such essentials to not only it's citizens but also our guests.

But here is the good news, just scrap the cheap part out of your list and I belief you will find what you are looking for.
