What is the best way to practice my newly learned french language?

I am still a basic french speaker.

a) listen to French radio - even if you do not catch everything, you get the accent and the rythm in your ear
- France Info: http://www.radiofrance.fr/chaines/france...
- France Inter: http://www.radiofrance.fr/chaines/france...

b) read as much as you can
- well-written press, such as Le Monde: http://www.lemonde.fr/
- topics you like, so you can pick up some vocabulary, in an ecyclopedia such as: http://fr.wikipedia.org/wiki/Accueil
- books, comic strips...

c) visit a French speaking country such as France, Quebec, some parts of Belgium and Switzerland...

d) always carry a little note book in your pocket and write down every word or expression you don't understand or want to remember.

Bon courage. :-)

Quebec is not a country...LoL Report It

go to france or get a french friend lol

stay in france for a while its the best way to learn !!!

Read simple books. Start with kids or teen book. Or read a book you have read in English, but read the French version.

Listen to french radio, watch French TV.

Rent French films with sub-titles. Start with English sub-titles if it is too hard and then go to French sub-titles.

And the best way : if possible, go to France and make some French friends. If you cannot go to France, go on the french part of Yahoo questions and answers.... :->
http://fr.answers.yahoo.com/ (But people do not always write "correct" French. it may not be that easy). Try!
