lots of family members, some you don't even know!!!
.first the bride's family comes to her house, take pictures, lots of pictures! same at groom's house.
.then the groom's parents come to the bride's house, take pictures, usually the mother in law give the bride her gift, usually some jewelery
.then they go to the wedding
.then a cocktail party, or a dinner, zaffe (traditional wedding dance), rice, flowers, music, dancing...., and all usual, dinner, throw the bouquet, more pictures...
anyway, just normal except for the zaffe which is great, most people now hire a group to come perform the zaffe, like www.alahlamgroup.com there are many types, traditional, 1001 nights, new techno, some go for the tropical..., or a bellydancer, or a singer...

Christian or Muslim?

If its anything like Lebanese restaurants , you will enjoy yourself , the food is beautiful as are the belly dancers and music

lots of food + drinks + dancing .. a wedding singer + ra22asa (belly dancer) ... people come and kiss the bride and groom for 4 hours ... then taking pictures for 2 hours ... then one slow dance ...

in village weddings the whole village gathers outside and they make zaffe (wedding march) throwing rice and roses and such .. and people dance dabke to folklore music which a band is usually playing ...

the Lebanese love good food , music , and dance .
so, a wedding would provide these for the guests .
