Do you sleep in the dark?

Yes....is the only way I can sleep.

It depends on how I feel most of the time I do but if I feel scared I put my t.v on.

Yes-the darkness actually helps you to sleep. When we are in a dull room or darkness the brain releases a chemical that makes us sleep-thus why we often feel tried on overcast days.

well now i do but when i use to see scary movies i had to put a night light on. lol! sounds kiddish doesn't it?

One of our kids bought us a clock radio for Christmas ....it has the brightest blue numerals ...so bright you could read a book by their light ! There's this permanent blue haze in our bedroom ....it's now a blue light zone & is driving me to distraction lol

yes, and if not, i use sleeping eye pads; they get rid of the panda circles around your eyes.

when i was living alone i always slept with the light or the TV on .. but now that i have a roommate .. yes i sleep in the dark .. with my headphones on .. but sometimes i have a small orange night light just to soothe me down ..

No I still have a lamp on that has a soft bulb in it. I wake many times in the night. Cheers!
