I was a model builder as a kid.

I was an 80s kid. My Little Pony, Care Bears, Rainbow Brite, oh and She-Ra...had the damn castle and everything....voltron too!

*sigh* I miss the 80s

When i was 3...4 i got a metal locomotive for xmas. Metal was hard to get during the war! Now you know my age! Any how, i thought that was the best thing i ever had. We lived on a farm then and didnt have much. So enjoy what you have cause some dont have as much as you!

I grew up in the era before Television so radios were our form of entertainment.

Every boy wanted a crystal set which was a primitive form of radio....transistors didn't come out till later .

I wanted one of these so badly but my parents were doing it tough after the war & money was tight ! So , it didn't happen !

My bicycle.......it allowed me to go everywhere and even to play races with cousins and friends..
Thanks to that. I steel remember some broken knee........after a hard downfall.
