Lebanon Category , is the friendship we share greater than the differences that separate us ....?

We come from many different backgrounds & cultures yet we have a common love for Lebanon ....is this love greater than our political & religeous differences or will those differences always cause division ....?

Yes......I think the friendship is greater than the differences.
I dont know about the other memebers here, but my country has been maken by inmigrants , so the diversity we have is so much. We grew up knowing that everyone is different, and with different origins, and these became so common for us. We respect each others .
The same way that happens with our friends here. We can have different colour skin, different nationalities, different religions, but at the end, we are all, only human beings.
It's all about to know how to accept the other persons, only as persons.
I personally dont care about religion, political tendencies,nationalities, or skin colours. i care only about the person, and his/her values at the moment of facing life.
We have been blessed here , having a great nice group of friends, although some of them still havent realized that friendship for us is the most important.

I admire u guys.. u argue many times and do NOT share same opinions nor views, but u still have a magical bond that keeps u together. I really hope the internal stupid division doesn't get to you.

Some of us have been together here, daily, for over a year now.
We have shared stories and laughters and got to know the PERSON before any affiliation or conviction.
I seriously love everyone here, even those who hate me (and even jungle boy who decided to have a go at me today).

Of course, I still intend to make a fruit salad with a certain fruit person here but I'm sure he knows I love him dearly.

it's the 21st century, and it's what we are about.. the world may not be seeing clearly what is being open-minded and respecting and accepting others' differences but we do... =)

Well frankly speaking im pretty different from most of u guys in terms of nationality, language,culture ect but to me friendship is friendship and there is no boundaries to that.
I am sry to say that i dnt really count people who i dont know in real life and i dont often talk to as friends but i really like u guys alot and thats a fact im sure u guys are awesome.
It depends on how u see it, if u want to count in the differences, there will be division, but if u ignore it, love is greater.
