How to get to Anfield Road Stadium by bus? |
My hostel is in 1, Princes Rd, Liverpool. What bus should I take to go to Anfield Road? For a less complicated way, walk down Princes Road until you get to a set of traffic lights, and the bus stop is just past there. Number 27 from Lodge Lane. Walk through Shelbourne Street just behind the hostel near the old churches and along the street to the right onto Lodge Lane. Or get the 86 on Upper Parliament Street up to Lodge Lane ( 2 or 3 stops) and right at The Boundary Pub lights to get the Number 27 outside the Bingo place. The 27 bus will drop you right outside LFC. Best buy an Arriva day ticket to use 4 buses there and back for 拢3.00 valid all day. You cannot use that ticket on a StageCoach bus sharing the 86 route so wait for an Arriva 86 but the 27 is only run by Arriva anyway. |
