Wanna Do in Ft LAuderdale is a kids attraction anyone know if it is a popular attraction there and worth it?

Is this a popular attaction site in Ft Lauderdale i think kids dress up for diffrent career choices? Is it in a safe area?

Some friends of mine are actually investors in this WannaDoCity 'theme park'. (That said, my kids have only been there once.) It is located in the huge Sawgrass Mills outlet mall in Sunrise which is about 40 minutes west of FLL airport/beaches. Because it is in an outlet mall full of South American tourists you may feel a bit out of place but it is generally safe. The place itself is the size of a large department store. Kids go to different areas and try out different 'careers', like chef, police officer, weather reporter, etc. It is probably best for kids aged 8-12.... teens will definitely think it is uncool and younger kids may not 'get it' or may be uncomfortable running around the place without you. You really have to 'let them go'. That said, there is only one entrance/exit and they cannot leave. You can also page them at any time and you can easily find them or have them find you at any time. My kids didn't love it, but some of their friends at school go there all the time. The outlet mall is full of higher end designers and is always packed, especially on weekends, holidays, and vacation weeks. It is absolutely enormous.
