Im from the north and when I lived in Miami for 2 months I?

noticed that it seems to be a little behind in the times there.
What do you people think?????

well since the noth is more industuralized than the south, it could be because of that. life is so fast paced up here but down south everything seems to go much slower

Yea .....people get stuck in the snow. and when snowning You have to slow down ,and no can't do.no can't go.

when cold You can't skin dive or snorkle. so You have to slow down.

early in the morning You have to remove the snow in front of Your house, that also slow You down.
