Chennai to mumbai transfer. What is the cheapest and safest mode of shifting all household items.?

this is the first time I m gettin transferred..... so any advice on handling transfers (without losing my head) wud be very much appreciated...

well what abt the rest of the electronic items ? is it ok to put them in trunks with thermocol and send them thru train ..

and also which is the most reliable packers and movers in chennai ?

safe mode is railways----engage a container and put all things neatly packed in boxes,,cardboard,or wooden, use gunny bags or hessian even car can be shipped. it takes less than week. take money,tvs,personally . if packers,insurance is necessary.

train would be the cheaper option. But, packers and mover would be the safer option to go ahead.

Railway parcel service - Best to send all materials except TV,valuable files,small breakable things and other electronics,costly things by hand.Other local things purchase in mumbai local will be better.Experience speaking by an alrounders suggestion.OK.
