I am organising i stag do in munich. help. ?????

the plan is to go to bavaria during a week in may and camp, drink and walk aand swim. the weekend is based in munich but i don't know where the best place/area is to stay and i'm not sure where the best bars and pubs are. also what activities could we do??

thank you

There is a nice camping ground in the south of Munich, near the Isar river.
For swimming and camping it should be fine. Even though water will be icy at that time of the year in the Isar.

Open air pools usually open 1st of May, so you can go there. A real nice one is also near to that camping ground, it is called "Maria Einsiedel".

As for the bars: best place to go out is Schwabing (this is a quarter in Munich), there you will find lots and lots of nightclubs, discos and bars.

But you can also go to any of the beer gardens near your camping ground (even tough the close aroun 11 p.m.).

Anywhere in Munich is good to stay .for a "piss up "go to Hofbruahouse ,massive
