It is a good day out and the dolphin show is excellent. You can have a photo taken with a dolphin at the end of the show (I think it cost 10 euros) and collect it on the way out.You don't have to buy if you don't want it.

Terra Mitica theme park is about 20 mins by bus and a very pleasant day visiting the themed areas and rides, the children will be restricted by their height on some of them for safety reasons.
