Amsterdam Airport to The Hague?

How do I travel by public transport from Amsterdam Airport to The Hague?

Getting to The Hague from Amsterdam (Schiphol International Airport)

By train

30 minutes from Schiphol Airport to The Hague.

Schiphol station is located directly below the airport. You can purchase train tickets from the yellow ticket machines near the platforms at Schiphol Plaza. Tickets are also available from the ticket offices, which are near the red/white-checked cube at Schiphol Plaza. The staff at the ticket offices can assist with train departure information.

There are direct trains to The Hague (Den Haag Centraal) and during the day these leave every half hour. The fare (one-way) is approximately 7 鈧?/ 11 鈧?(second/first class).

By taxi

Approximately 45 minutes (without traffic) from Schiphol to the Crowne Plaza Den Haag 鈥?Promenade. When you make your reservation with the hotel, also mention that you would like to be picked up at Schiphol. The hotel will make special arrangements with a driver and costs approximately 70 鈧?

Al the best!

train

train takes 33 to 38 minutes, depending on which one you take, the railway station is underneath the airport..

a one-way ticket costs 鈧?,10 second class and 鈧?2,- first class

trains leave several times each hour and all night long, some are direct to The Hague, some are with a stopover in Leiden... (from midnight to 5am there's fewer trains)

No train takes you directly to the The Hague Red light area which is only one street somewhere in between both large stations...

If you tell us where you need to be in The Hague I can tell you which station would be easiest for you, and how to get there from the railway station. Central Station is only slightly closer to the centre of town than Hollands Spoor, but there's several smaller stations that might actually be better for you...

By train, either to HOLLANDSE SPOOR or to the CENTRAL STATION it depends where you are going to. At HOLLANDSE SPOOR, you come direct to the prostitutes area and the central station of DEN HAAG, you come to the administrative area of the city.

By train. Transportation in the Netherlands is ideal, and will be no problem. There are train stations right in the airport, so nothing is difficult in traveling in Holland. Have fun.
