I am planning a trip to Europe from Netherlands to other parts, please advice me which countries to be visit?

Come to Belgium!
Not far from the Netherlands with easy access by train.

Good food
Nice people (including me ;-))
Lots to see

And...most of us speak English

Italy and Germany is a must!
You may want to look into spain as well,
but i don't know how much money you want to spend and how long you want this trip to last.

When in Italy make sure to visit Venice, it is my favorite place in the whole world :]

You're close to the UK, Germany, Belgium, and France, so you may as well take in all those places.

Ranked
1) Andalusia in Southern Spain (sevilla, grenada, etc.)
2) Italian hill country (orvieto, perugia, florence, etc.)
3) Flanders Belgium (brugges, ghent, antwerpen)
4) Brittany and Normandy, France, and Paris.
5) Prague
6) Budapest

What are you into? How are you travelling? I think Prague has been a bit spoiled by its popularity over the last few years - so I wont include it - but an hour outside the city is good.

I love Austria - the Tirol in particular. Poland, Hungary and the other new EU members are a good stop. For easier pace of life Italy and Spain. Southern Germany is always a good stop for me. I really like Norway - but its incredibly expensive - I take everything with me when I go. I've spent a lot of time in Holland and find it an easy stop. Just about everyone speaks English, transport infrastructure is very good, thus visiting various cities or places is rather easy. inexpensive alternatives (i.e. food and accommodation) are available.

You can consider the City of Dublin.
