How are Canadians generally viewed by the Dutch?

How are Canadians generally viewed by the Dutch?

Normal, they all treat every foreing people very good.

Just to add: the Canadians played a large role in the liberation of the Netherlands and that's at least remembered by the older generation. Report It

Well, we definitely don't expect them to have quotes of Adolf Hitler in their profile like you do...

-edit-

and so I get an e-mail about how I'm making assumptions about people... I didn't assume anything, I only said I thought it was unexpected... Go ahead and explain it if you feel so strongly about it... You did put them there for a reason I'm sure... What's the reason?

-edit 2-

I see you've now added one from Herman Goering... You might want to explain that one too while you're at it...

-edit 3-

I'm still not making assumptions by the way, I do think I know what you mean, but that would be assuming, wouldn't it? ;)

-edit 4-

Well, I've just been looking through your previous questions and I read somewhere that you had an avatar that was a combination of a star of David and a swastika... How can you expect people NOT to make assumptions about stuff like that, as long as you don't explain it...

-edit 5-

Ok, I've received some more e-mails... Tyler, I never implied or assumed that you would be anti-semitic... But if you put Hitler and Goering in your profile without an explanation, what do you expect people to think? What you find interesting or fascinating might be disturbing or objectionable to others... If you put something controversial in your profile you shouldn't be so surprised that people are going to react to it.

In general positive but why stereotype?

Just fine.
