Anyone have a Top 3 places to go in Netherlands?

I was in amsterdam last week and we found a party central in a place called Leidseplein. This seems to be a spot for the person who wants to visit amsterdam and doesn't want to do the redlight/smoke thing.

The smoke thing can still be done there though. I just thought that it seemed like a respectable ol' spot! You are still central enough to jump on a tram for 1.60 and go anywhere else somebody there recommends to you. Just ask the locals, they are very friendly and helpful!!!!

Average beer there is 5.40 euro for a pint!! Not the cheapest place on the planet but worth it!
