Will be renting a Bella 50 scooter in Amsterdam NL . Is it legal to drive these out in highway traffic?

They get up to around 25 mph. We want to visit towns a short distance outside Ams, but don't know if it's legal.

No you are not allowed to use those things on what they call it back in the US like interstates or highways

in the Netherlands we have highways and like 80KM/h ways those are not for scooters. And i don't know if you ever bin in the Netherlands but it's nothing like America you can avoid those highways and get to the location you want to go.

They're not legal on the motorway (snelweg). Sorry...

Fortunately, public transport, especially trains, are fast, clean and plentiful.

No, you can't take those on the highway. You will need to travel over the B-roads, which is nicer anyway. Better views and easier to take a break.
