No you are not allowed to use those things on what they call it back in the US like interstates or highways in the Netherlands we have highways and like 80KM/h ways those are not for scooters. A... The people are usually very friendly and laidback. The language is dutch, which is ok to learn, but they speak alot of English too. There is nothing you should/should not do, as i said dutch peopl... The Netherlands are divided into twelve provinces, two of which are Noord (North) Holland and Zuid (South) Holland. The others are Drenthe, Flevoland, Frisia, Gelderland, Groningen, Limburg, Noord ... No, I'm not Dutch, but I have a story about a guy from here who went into a bar in Holland and ordered a Hiney...everyone laughed because, it's true, Heineken is considered the worst bee...
