It's a scam email. I get them all the time. Just delete them. They'll eventually scam you into sending them money.

You printed the contents without a question - assume you are wondering about the authenticity.
I would agree with others that it is a scam.
1. Did you apply for a job with this company, personally or through a contracting company? No company offers a job without application nor interviews. You would have figured out it by now.
2. I don't know where you are located; but many countries have government divisions tracking back the scammers.
3. Can you trace the Email? It may not have been originated in Netherlands, for that matter even in Europe?
4. Usually there is a countrycode following .com, e.g. UK(for united kingdom), in(for india). The human resources is missing it.
5. If your Email has an option for "report as a spam", do so.
6. In future, if you have not applied, and you receive a offer; and if you can figure it out from the subject line, delete the message without opening. It is possible they have a tracking software that allows them to check who is interested in such offers. They will try to persue till they can trap the person.
7. Despite all this, if this is a genuine offer and you applied for it, hopefully they will send you a hardcopy of the offer in mail, a paid trip for the site visit and other whistles and bells that come with the offer.
