Netherlands finace visa?

hi im from morocco and my bf he from holland,we planing to get married ,i want to ask aout fiance visa and informations for me please help

#1 is mistaken. Your partner needs to earn a minimum of 1512 euro per month AFTER taxes but inclusive of vacation money (vakantiegeld). He also needs to prove that he has a minimum one year contract (not a day less) at the time of application.

You need to do the inburgeringsexam buitenland (integration exam abroad) after which you /he can apply for the MVV. This costs 833 euros so if you're not sure you are eligible for it, it would be best for your partner and you to apply for a positive advice first (this is to show you both fulfill the obligations etc and is free. Once you get it, you can apply for the MVV and your mvv will be approved very quickly).

Once your MVV is approved (around 3 months), you're allowed to enter The Netherlands. You must register at the gemente (town hall) within 3 working days and apply for the residence permit . This costs 188 euro and isn't too difficult as you already have an MVV.

What you need:
i) single status declaration
ii) at least 21 years of age
iii) your birth certificate
iv) copy of your passport

All documents need to be legalised and translated if it's not in English/Dutch/ French or German.

Dear

first I'd recommend you check IND.nl and you boyfriend should also call their office to get the newest information cuz the policies are changing everyday. but here I'll say the path that i myself went through, i hope its usefull for you.

-first both of you must be 21 years old or above. your partner must a be a dutch citizen.
-you boyfriend must have a salary of 1100 euros or above.
-he must either have a shelter of his own or he needs to show proofs of his parents' permission if you're going to stay in their house.
-all your marriage documents must be certified and affixed by netherlands' embassy and be sent directly to IND for furthur checkings by which your marriage will be approved in the netherlands.
-you need to learn dutch and study their culture and history at a basic level, you're free to take any dutch course you want but for the cultur examination you'll be provided with a DVD which you need to watch several times and is the source for your exam.after that your husband must register your name for basisexamen inburgering.
-if you pass both exams hopefully in 3 months you'll get your visa and can move to the netherlands.
-the whole process excluding dutch courses fees will cost between 1500-1800 euros.
-the more educated you and your husabnd are, the sooner you get your visa.

ther're further procedures you need to complete when you arrive in the netherlands to get your residency card, but i think for now you wouldnt need them.

netherlands is a great country while you learn the language and adopt the dutch norms, welcome beforehand and good luck.
-------------------------------------
since just a week ago you'd asked questions over marrying some1 in UK, be careful! cuz IND is clever to notice fraud marriages only done for the purpose of immigration. when marrying a ducth citizen, the IND officers will watch you for absolute 3 years to make sure you're living with each other.

Here you have all the information

http://www.ind.nl/nl/index.asp

but I know for sure that you will have do to a test of the dutch language to get a visa.
