Why do people call the netherlands Drugs Central or headquarters? it's not drugs central or headquarters. it's just that citizens in Netherlands have more freedom than any other country. as far as i know , they even have parks where you can buy regulated substances and even have clinics that supplies the needles use in administering the drugs and treat incidents of O.D's and broken needles and it is funded by the by the government. the catch here is: you must stay in those parks while under the influence or you'll be arrested if you're out of the park. Because they sell marijuana over the counter in cafes. It is because Cannabis (marijuana, hashish, etc) is either legal or not illegal. As another answer suggets, one can apparently buy it over the counter in cafes. Because that is the only Western country that you can buy marijuana and other drug legally. Because the people don't know any better .... |
