What is the best beach to visit near New York City? Jones beach without a doubt!! very clean but the water is kinda cold and the waves are strong but good thing about it is that theres a pool right next to the beach the pool is awesome best place To go swimming is jones beach. uhh new york doesnt really have the prettiest beaches, but I guess the closest to best would be out in long island The Jersey Shore has the best beaches outside New York City. From Long Branch all the way to Atlantic City. rye beach or jones beach I agree w/ Nick about Jones beach! Jones Beach on Long Island. Jones Beach in Long Island. It's really clean and nice. Sandy Hook in NJ which includes several different beaches. each has its own personality, including gunnison which is clothing optional where you'll see a mixture of fab and flab. Jones Beach the city does not have nice beaches, like Long island does i think |
