How does Glasgow compare to Newcastle? |
Regarding the nightlife? Is Glasgow "safe" despite its reputation i.e. can I go for a quiet night out and not expect trouble? Newcastle and Glasgow are the 2 best cities in the UK for nightlife. in Newcastle its best to always expect trouble, then it will be a bonus, if you stick to the clubs that have good security you might get the odd scuffle but otherwise you should be OK as police patrol the streets after dark. don't be afraid of Newcastle - we are harmless Gordie's :P Glasgow and Newcastle both have rough reputations Newcastle is better simply for the fact that it is not full of Scottish people. |
