Can anyone tell me which beach is closest to Kissimmee Fla?

Im taking my kids to kissimee for a week and i wanted to get my plans situated. Just need to know which beach would be the best one or closest to visit while were there??

The closest beach is Cocoa Beach, FL but you can also go to Satellite Beach, which is even closer, I used to live there and it is really beautiful over there. We are military and lived on Patrick AFB which is minutes away from Satellite Beach. Cocoa Beach has also lots of surf shops and other attractions. It is a great place to go there and don't take 417 and then the Beach Line, that is more expensive, time consuming and a lot longer, there is the backway (E-192, plus you don't have to pay road tolls) from Kissimmee to Melbourne and then N on 95, really easy and you can see a lot more. We just moved from Orlando, Kissimmee border up to the Northeast. Good Luck!

I would say your best bet and closests beach is Cocoa Beach, a little of an hours drive east. Nice place for kids to play too. Look at setting up around the pier which has more facilities and places for lunch.

Cocoa is probably closest but I would also recommend New Syrna-- it's a bit more cleaner maybe a bit further by a few minutes and it it's right off I4. I would say it's more appropriate for families but either way you'll have a fun time.

I take my kids to Cocoa all the time. It's not the most beautiful beach (I think west coast beaches are the nicest), but it's still a great place to go.

Cocoa is closest but take the extra hour to drive to the west coast to Clearwater area, you will get sunsets the east coast doesnt offer and beaches are just clear blue amazing because of the gulf of mexico waters
