USPS express mail delivery to the Philippines, how long before it is delivered?

My fiance' sent a package for me using USPS Express mail (package) last feb 8,going to the Philippines and it's not yet here with me. USPS says it will just takes 3-5 business days to deliver, we are now worrying where's the package since it's already 2 weeks. I've been calling the customs office here in the Phil that will received it, but they always tell me that iy's not yet here in the Phil.

can anybody tell me what should be the possible happening why it's not yet here?
or does USPS really just a pain in the *** and sucks that they lost it already...

pls help!!!

Unless it was Global Express Guaranteed, 3-5 days is a bit optimistic. Anything International can take a while to be delivered, even the 2 Express Mail options.

There is tracking by using the label number. Also understand, once something is on the plane, USPS has no control over what happens. USPS does not deliver in the Phillipines.

You can use the tracking number at usps.com or at the Filipino post office website and it will show the progress. There is also some level of Insurance included with the Express Mail products.

I bet you it got caught up in customs. What did she send?
Was there no tracking number or confirmed delivery??
I have a package coming from China shipped on the 13th of Feb. that isn't here yet. Was told it could take 2 to 3 weeks.
I have sent letters and received to Australia and they took about 9 days.

It should have been there LONG ago!!

Try tracking it at 1-800-ASK-USPS or at

www.usps.com
the sites will ask you to enter the receipt number, usually 2 letters8numbers 2 letters, at least the US ones are.

The 800 can only be called from USA or Canada you can go on line from the Phillapines though, but you need the tracking number, It even tells you when it left the city it was sent from and when it arrived in Phillapines and if it has been signed for, I hope she asked for signature confirmation!!
