What time does the beach close at Panama City?

Im staying in a condo on the beach in Panama City this summer and I was wondering if there was a certain time they make people get off the beach?

I live on the beach and no one ever tells you to leave. Unless your doing something inappropriate. In that case just find a good hiding spot... haha!
