what are some of the best apartments to live at in the Portland Suburbs area?

Your best bet is picking up a copy of For Rent magazine at
any grocery store and some pharmacies. It has the more
desired rental accomodations in and out of the city. If you
want to pay less, then I suggest you check with the rental
columns in the Sunday Oregonian. There you will find some
of the same advertisers, as well as lessor known apartments that are not as expensive. It depends on what you want to
pay, for more amenities.

Try Rent.com. There are some good inexpensive apartments.
