Have fun in NZ - It's a beautiful country.

Auckland, obviously.

As has been said, Auckland. Auckland contains about one third of the population of New Zealand, so it will also have the largest number of jobs going at any one time.

However, it really depends on what you want to do. In the tourist cities, like Queenstown, they are always looking for staff in bars, cafes and hotels.

Wellington has one of the highest job turnovers, and they are always looking for professionals, lawyers, accountants, economists etc.

Auckland

If you don't have any experience or training that you can use anywhere, and just need a job. There are heaps of jobs in vineyards, especially around this time, in the Blenheimm/Marlborough region and around Waipara.
