I just asked a Brazilian friend to translate this for me, and he said it is Spanish. It's not Portuguese.

I know Spanish, and it still doesn't make sense... so maybe it is a Spanish dialect or slang. The only part I can decipher is "tequierro" = "te quiero" = "I want"... the rest is nonsense to me. Sorry I couldn't help more =( Where did you get this? What is it from?

I'm sure that is not Portuguese, and it I think this is not Spanish either .
Maybe it is some onomatopeia, but are not words.
If you tell me where I can find the song I can try to discover the real meaning for you.

I'm Brazilian and that doesn't sound Portuguese... I live in Spain and it's not Spanish either.. :(

On the other hand, the "tequierro Chiqui Chiqui ta" part must be "te quiero Chiquitita" in Spanish, and it would mean "I love you girl" - in a sweet way.

This is not portuguese.

Flavia W is correct, it is by Carrapicho. The question is probably done from hearing the song and trying to write it down. That can be quite hard.
