Which is nicer and more affordable?

Hello I have been to Rio many times already now I really want to go explore alittle of northern beaches of Brasil but the question is which place is nicer and affordable. Also I like the light tanned to white creamy skinned Brasilan woman no offense to the dark skinned Brasilan woman just not my preference. I'm also not intrested in going to the south part of Brasil like Santa Cantarina region the north beaches intrest me more. Now which of these city and it's beaches would you prefer to go, it would help if you had been to these places before that way you know what your talking about okay Fortaleza, Recife, Salvador also please let me know which beach has less sharks, jellyfish, seaweed and other dangers?
I'm trying to look for a beach that has crystal clear water almost as like that of the Carribean I know not that clear but something similar. Also I am sure the prices for eating and lodging aren't as expensive as Rio de Janiero?

Also I want a place with little crime.

yo u sound like a spoiled person who doesnt care about ppls culture. rio isnt like places in brasil. the rest of brasil is totally different from rio. all the lights, the supermodels there, the skyscrapers are only visible in some cities. when u travel somewhere, dont go there just for the beach. brasil is one of the poorest places in the world. dont except that ppl are gonna bow down to you and do whatever u want. white creamy white girls??? who do u think u are. lol

Why dont you go to Buzios, 2 hours north of Rio, no crime, great beaches and tourist infrastructure, 20 beaches to choose from.

check this 2 ins, very nice:

and

they can provide tranport from Rio international.

its great for sailing, windsurf, kite surf.
near by its Arraial do Cabo, great for diving.
Cabo Frio, bigger city with an airport now.

Great food, lovely girls

Honey first of all if you are afraid of sharks, jellyfish and other dangers, you should not go to any beach anywhere in the world.

You will need to decide wheather you prefer to travel to a beautiful cristal water beach or to see beautiful white brazilian women.

Those women you will find mostly in the South, so Santa Catarina is, without a doubt, the best choice for you. The beaches are beautiful and the Honey Island (Ilha do mel) is really nice.

However Northern of Brazil has some of the most beautiful places in the world. The best place to visit is "Lencois Maranhenses", they are a huge area of white sand dunes (it looks like a white desert) with green water lagoons (see photos on google earth). It is a very popular destination. Bahia is also a place not be missed, beautiful beaches, history and charming city, and the birth of many typical brazilian rythims.
Canoa Quebrada is another great destination with beautiful beaches, and white sand dunes (most of people rent a boogie car to drive around the dunes).

I also agreed with some the ansers your received above, hopefully you have travelled around Rio (if not, do so) because they are amazing places to visit such as Buzios, Angra dos Reis, Ilha Grande, e Parati.

have fun.

Avoid Recife and its sharks, but otherwise the field is pretty wide open. Do you want eco/secluded beaches or urban beaches where you can party at night?
