150,000 euros gets you beach front in Barra, smaller apartments or Recreio, but even though the beach in both areas is cleaner than the south zone, I really dislike both.

The good/bad thing with Vanna is that she needs a cash deposit (I would guess 75 euros) as a secuirty deposit when you get there. She keeps your money in an envelope in her safe and gives you back your actual money when you leave the place (provided there is no damage--I haven't been charged yet and I've used her 10-15 times).
