Are Hershey's kisses sold in St. Petersburg?

My Russian friend tells me they aren't, but that's hard to believe...is it true? Because if it is, I'll bring some with me on my trip to give as gifts.

I don't think so. Maybe I haven't looked hard enough. Either way, Hershey's chocolate is not that great tasting (to put it nicely), and it's not really popular outside the U.S.

yes they are

I would assume so hershey's is after an international business but if you want to be sure just take some.

I hope not, they have decent chocolate in Europe.

I know that in Moscow you can find them in certain stores...
Namely in "袗蟹斜褍泻邪 胁泻褍褋邪" and "袣邪谢懈薪泻邪 小褌芯泻屑邪薪薪 - 袚邪褋褌褉芯薪芯屑"
I buy them sometimes at the latter.
So you should see if they exist in St-P.
