Where can I play in the snow in the Sierra foothills? |
I live in Sacramento and want to drive up into the foothills to play in the snow for the day. If anyone knows of any good parks, open areas, etc. that I could just go to have a snowball fight or do a little sledding, any info would be great! Thanks! Here are some good links offering you lots of choices not too far away: how about your backyard...? head towards tahoe on hwy 50 you won't need to ge all the way. you should find some places around pollock pines area If you head up I-80 towards Reno there are a few places to go... At Cisco Grove there is a lil area were many people sled and play in the snow... there are a couple of snow parks up I-80 |
