We've always loved the town of Encinitas and are now considering moving there.?

We have a 4 year old daughter, so schools are important. What are the most desireable areas to look in? We like to be near town and the beach. Our price range is about 750k-850k.
Thanks!

in Encinitas School District area, maybe. close to La Costa has great elementary schools like Mission Estancia, OPE, and El Camino Creek. It's a great place to live, so good luck!

Look out in the Encinitas and El Camino Real area.

The best school district in the area is San Dieguito. It includes Carmel Valley, Del Mar, Solana Beach, and some of Encinitas.
750-850 will buy you quite a bit in Encinitas right now. Prices have dropped there about 100k over the last year. Encinitas varies greatly in quality neighborhood to neighborhood, so you will want to shop around a bit before purchasing.

Solana and Del Mar have condos at that price, but the homes have not dropped value, and are still above that. Carmel valley has some very nice houses in that range as well.

If you would like a home search search sent to you over e-mail, send me a message and tell me what you are looking for. I would be glad to help.
