Any1 in Saudi Arabia having slow internet connection?

we are using DSL, and from last week our internt connection speed seems to run very low,any1 having same problem?
is the problem from ISP or our DSL card? we are using cyberia 1mb.
we usually use internet for playing online game (world of warcfart).

yah, we are too. i'm living in dhahran and for a while now the internet has been really slow. there was a cable that was cut when an anchor fell off a boat somewhere in the middle east.

yep.. Im in Khobar and eversince the cable cut a couple of weeks ago, it hasnt improved much.. Im using DSL also and it doesnt seem to be as fast as it once was.. I guess they havent fully corrected the problem..

The cable serving the region was cut, but since it has been repaired. My internet connection is fine.
