How is Seattle?

How's the weather like these days in Seattle?
Is it worth visiting now?

Wet..snow in the high elevations...no it is not worth visiting now...October is a great month...weather is good and most of the tourist are gone..

Well visiting now there is really nothing to see cause is very wet or if you decide to visit make sure you pack an umbrella, raincoat and rain boots...but overall Seattle is a city of its own full of different ethnicities and cultures.

good luck!

Personally I would wait until summer- the dry season. With so many attractions outside, i.e. Mt. Rainier, Pike St. Market, Lake Union & Lake Washington, Alkai Beach, ferry to Bainbridge Island, you'll appreciate the sun!

If the question is go there now or go there later, I'd go later. But if the question is go there now or never, GO! Seattle is a fantastic city. Locals love their "rainy" reputation, because it preserves the hidden treasure that is Seattle. It's truly unlike any other city and has a unique culture and charm. The food there is to die for!

wait until summer..
this past week has been basically non stop rain
actually very rainy and i have seen a lot of accidents
at night on my commute..
right now theres a bunch of snow, all of the passes
have been closed and re-opened constantly.
i say wait until june or july sometimes august.
those are the basic months that you will expect
sun..right now its hard to tell it was sunny a week ago
then turned into a complete rainy mess and now for
once it is not sunny but not raining either...
and during the spring it kind of depends--go during
the summer..
but hey i love seattle year round--i say come visit when
you want to--we are use to the rain so it doesnt do
damage to us much, but as a visitor i would come
during the summer months,

Seattle is worth a visit any time. You always have a chance at catching a break in the weather. It's spectacular if you do.
A ferry ride is great even on a rainy day.
Snow in the upper elevations? Ok but seattle isn't in snow elevations. It's in the drizzle elevation. Weather there changes in rapid succession.. wait a few minutes if you don't like it. You'lll get lucky.

Wet and cold.
