Phone problems east of Jozi?

Is their a problem on the East Rand today (near east sounds odd but closer to JHB)? I got cut off during a call home and now none of the phones seem to be working...Does anybody know?

Im on the East Rand, theres nothing wrong with mine, the problem is probably isolated.
