South Africans, recipe for chicken and broccoli bake please?

There is one that is made with mayonnaise and curry powder, but for the life of me I cannot find it. Does anyone have it, please?

*Edit* NealH, I am not looking for any blue ribbon recipe, thanks. This is a recipe in a South African recipe book, that my South African friends often make. Becuse my children were not so fond of it, I have not made it for years, and have mislaid the recipe. It was a creamy, saucy dish, I imagine it had crumbs on top. Don麓t even know if it had onions in it or not. I seem to have baked too many cakes in the meantime, and do not know how to cook anymore. Ha, ha.

Hi skattie, try my recipe
1 chicken cooked and taken off the bone
1 tin chicken soup
1 cup mayonnaise
1 teaspoon curry powder
500g broccoli parboiled
1 c grated cheddar
half cup breadcrumbs
1 tablesoon melted butter

Mix crumbs, cheese and butter. Mix mayonnaise, soup, curry, lemon juice with chicken and broccoli.
Put in oven dish
Sprinkle cheese on top
Bake 180 degrees C for about 30 to 40 minutes

Well you've just about given the entire recipe in the question.
Here's a Bachelor's version:

Cooked chicken, debone and cut or tear into bite size bits.
Broccoli - bite size bits too
Add curry to mayo - as much or little as you like - I like it HOT!
Chuck the whole lot together and bake in a medium oven until the broccoli is "al dente".
Enjoy.
Add spiced cashew nuts to give it a bit more zip!

More info: It works even better with yoghurt rather than mayo.
