For ex: If ur Indian and stay in America 182 days and more over there it means u r NRI.

To become an NRI, first of all you have to travel overseas to any country in the world. Must stay, live, have a job or business in that country for some years. Then only you become NRI. Idon't think there is any book on that subject.
