Need to get away from Sydney, suggestions please? |
Im desperate to get out of Sydney because rental prices are becoming a joke here at the moment, id like to go somewhere semi-rural, preferably no more than 3hrs drive from Parramatta. 4hrs at the most. Can anyone suggest an area that might be suitable? Thanks alot. have you been to wollongong? Get on Oceanic Flight 815 How about Cronulla or Clifton down the coast .. or I know Byron Bay / Lismore is a lot further away but its semi-rural and very relaxing!!! Best of luck! Or try the Hunter Valley. Newcastle is a great city, and there are many good towns further up the valley e.g. Maitland. Canberra, yeah canberra rocks only 3 hours away from sydney, everyone dumps on it but its chilled here and plenty of space and clean and heaps of jobs with great money (unemployment is lower than anywhere in aus), rent aint heaps cheaper but most jobs will pay you enough that it would be worth it in the long run |
