Where to shop for traditional Uruli (vengalam) and Kuthi Vilakku?

These are items used in Malyalee homes.

The best place would be Nadavarambu, near Irinjalakkuda, Thrissur. However there are showrooms in Irinjalakuda and Thrissur, I guess the Alengadan name is known for the traditional Uruli and such items. AKP Metals on Post Office road, Thrissur has been there for ages, you get excellent varieties there.

Trichur is famous for Vengala Uruli and Kuthuvilakku.

it will be available in any steel emporium, owned by south indian. by the by where are you now and which place.

Trichur in Kerala is the best place to buy these items. Nadavarambu Krishna brothers Store located in round south, Trichur are the best shop for these items.

Juhu market in Mattancheri near at kochi, the Uruli and Kuthi Vilakku can buy.

If you are in Trivandrum, then you can go to a place called "CHALAI".
