No. Yahoo hasn't gone bonkers. This is a forum where people give answers to questions. That 'answer' was a question not an answer. That's why they deleted it when someone complained.

I think if an answer gets reported, the violation is automatic. :(

You cannot ask and answer your own question. Thats a violation of YA.

total cr@p when that happens. I have had dozens of similar violations. I have had questions removed too which really does my head in. It seems more than a few of us have developed a troll problem.

You haven't had the worst mate, believe me. I was accused of solicitation when I gave 2 newspaper links to backup my point. Some hideously masked cowards reported me.
