Who really cares whether they get thumbs up or down ?

Really what difference does it make considering the abuse of the thumbs system who really cares ?

I dont care about the thumbs up or down system anymore,cuz some ppl are answering normal that get thumbs down like crazy!

I care for Thumb ups since they encourage me to spend my time here to share my knowledge and opinions. Everybody likes being appreciated and I do, too.

As per the thumb downs, I am Teflon coated since I know that some people have created accounts and get them to Level 2 just to give us thumb downs.. Oh well... If they have nothing better than changing accounts just to give thumbs down, they either hate my guts or they need to get... ahem.. to socialize with the opposite sex :D. I can't help them in neither cases :))

Oh I love thumbsups and hate thumbsdowns. Especially when they have no justification and are given just to discourage some sensitive friends.

I guess I never looked at how many thumbs down I have. Shows you how much I care.

I guess I would get some thumbs down from time to time because I post a lot in the Turkish sections... meaning either a troll will give you a thumbs down if you say something good about Turkey (which I do often) or a Turk will give you a thumbs down if you say something remotely bad about Turkey (which I also do sometimes... uh oh, here comes some thumbs down) ;-)

Thumbs downs really don't matter when 14 of them come from the same l*ser. He gave me 14 thumbs downs and himself 14 thumbs ups in a matter of minutes I swore I saw his moustache sizzled ... smelled of dog saliva.. cough ...Now he employs a cleverer tactic and thumbs up other Turkish users too, so that it's less obvious.

At Rob Anybody, nobody heard you cos you haven't broken your girlish / boyish voice yet. You make a bad scriptwriter. ... but I still adore . ;-)

I think it matters to some because they use it as a gauge to see if what they say matters to others or not. ^_^

But with the happenings here, I tend to ignore it because the ratings are based on how they like you and not how good your answers are. Some idiotic of answers get the majority of thumbs up as well as the many number of votes at times.

as I have got people who likes my answers and I have my haters too (and I dont blame them for it) :D
