Where to exchange $$ in Caracas at the "black market" rates?

without getting ripped off or robbed? (going to visit soon for a month or so)

Hey,

I'm not sure about Caracas but I was in Isla Margarita about a year ago, just about any business is a black market trader of currency without any problems. I changed money at the hotle I stayed at, the bodega across the street, other shops, they all want to trade for dollars or at least they did a year ago. Hope this helps.
