Does anybody know of surf chop in caracas venezuela?

i am going tot venezueals in june and a place to rent a surf board cause i can't very well take mine on the airplane with me. Any good suggestions.

I don't know if they rent them but in las Mercedes there was a surf shop in the Av. Principal. I don't know if it's still there. In Chacao there is a shop that sells scubadiving gear it's on the Andr茅s Galaraga street before tha gas sation.
Many malls have stores with surf themes in Caracas but they sell mostly clothes. There is one at Plaza las Americas I.

I'm not sure about in Caracas.I have heard there are a couple but I've never seen them. A lot of beach places have boards to rent but a lot of them are pretty tired looking.
Who knows though ,by the time you get here you just might find something perfect .Hopefully someone else will see this and give you a better answer.Good luck with your search and have a great trip!

You can take Spanish classes at the CVA (centro venezolano americano). There's one in Las Mercedes and there is also one in La Trinidad. An apartment is bit harder to find even for Venezuela...
