How Safe is Caracas for Travelors currently? |
How safe is Caracas currently for the avevare travelor?if you use common sense and dont go into shanty towns are you still at great risk? Common sense is the key for stay safe It probably isnt. I have friends in Venzuela and they say if you are a US Citizen you should probably stay home since Chavez has villified the US so much. It is not safe, I live in Caracas. (sorry if i don麓t write very good but my native language is Spanish and i have difficulties with English) You are safe in an airport. When you get to the exit there are a lot of men asking if you want transport (taxi). Public transport is not always safe, try to travel with more people so you are not the only one. unfortunately, hermano. latin america is not so safe. chavez is a dog who has discredited america alot. there are very dangerous things in caracas, there are gangs that will get you for nothing. we latinos are very agressive, sorry to say, if you are american beware amigo, publuic transporantion is the worse, the most poor ppl are the taxi drivers, they will try to rob our. there are decent ppl in caracas, but you have to be carefull |
