The current presidential term is for six years with one possibility of immediate re-election, and with the constitutionally guaranteed recourse of holding a popular recall referendum anytime within the last three years of a presidential term.

6 years, 2 Terms only.

So far chavez its on his Third Term(somehow)

He also tried changing the constitution and make it Unlimited terms but the country voted against it
